Fresh Herb Salad

A fresh seasonal side to pack a punch of flavour

One of my favourite things is grabbing a few fresh bunches of herbs at the weekend markets, chopping them up and storing them in a container in the fridge to throw onto my salads bowls for a fresh burst of flavour.

Recipe & Method

You will need:

  • 3 fresh bunches of herbs

Chop up the the herbs, trying to avoid the stems.

Store in an airtight glass container with a papertowl at the bottom for up to a week.
