Morning Walks

Morning Walks are a Morning Win. Here are the arguments for and against going on a morning walk: 

For: Start the day in the fresh air, wake up with the light, watch a gorgeous sunrise (and get that golden hour photo), get steps in early, grab a fresh coffee, process your weird dream, get the blood flowing, clear the mind before work, enjoy the quiet, work up an appetite for breakfast, settle into the day knowing you’ve had some exercise
