Chocolate Protein Overnight Oats

The perfect high protein start to a good day

Packed with protein, this combination of oats, chia seeds, flaxmeal and protein powder is not only delicious but will keep you full all morning. This recipe can be prepped ahead of time so you have three mornings’ worth of breakfast ready to go.

Recipe & Method

In a large bowl or glass container add the following:

  • 2 cups of oats

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal

  • 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut

  • 2 scoops of protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon of organic cacao powder

  • 3 cups of water or almond milk

Mix all of the ingredients together carefully with a spoon. Either divide the mixture into 3 smaller containers or glasses, or keep the mixture in the large container and scoop out a third in the morning. Let the mixture set overnight.

In the morning, add to the top of the mixture:

  • 160g protein yogurt

  • 2 crushed walnuts

Enjoyed best after a big morning walk.
