Overnight Chocolate Chia Protein Weetbix

A gluten-free, protein packed, gut loving brekkie

Packed with protein, this combination of weetbix, chia seeds, flaxmeal and protein powder is not only delicious but will keep you full all morning. Prep a couple of serves ahead of time so they are ready to go in the morning.

Recipe & Method

In a small bowl or glass container add the following:

  • 1 crushed guten free weetbix

  • 1 tbs flaxseed meal

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 20g chocolate protein

  • 1/2 cup water

Mix all of the ingredients together carefully with a spoon until combined and let the mixture set overnight.

In the morning, add to the top of the mixture:

  • 160g protein yogurt

  • 2 crushed walnuts

Enjoyed best after a big morning walk.
